Since we launched $3 Thursdays, this is only the third time we haven’t dropped a brand-new beer. That’s how much we think this one still deserves your glass.
Fog of War was one of the first beers ever brewed here at Armor, and it’s been a taproom staple ever since. A double IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7, Fog hits with massive waves of mango, peach, and grapefruit, backed by a soft bitterness and lingering haze.
We ferment it with a thiolized yeast strain, amping up the tropical aromatics with a unique stone fruit/diesel funk you don’t get from standard hazies. It’s juicy. It’s dank. It’s Armor through and through.
