We’re once again pairing the art of brewing with a thoughtfully curated dining experience for you next month. Join us for an exclusive evening in the Armor Brewing Company Private Dining Room as we showcase some of our finest beers alongside a delicious four-course menu. Each brew has been carefully selected to elevate the flavors of every dish.
The Menu:
🍻 Welcome Beer
Slow-Pour Bauhaus – German-Style Pilsner (4.5%)
Start the evening with the crisp, clean flavors of our German-style Pilsner, poured slow, from our Czech side-pour faucet to highlight its smooth, refreshing finish.
🍻 First Course
Strawberry Beet Gose – Fruited Sour (4.3%)
A dinner-exclusive beer featuring sweet strawberry and earthy beet, paired with a light Strawberry and Beet dish with sorrel and rhubarb vinaigrette. This course is a perfect balance of bright and tangy.
🍻 Second Course
Prostejov – Czech Dark Lager (4.9%)
Rich malt meets a clean finish in this dark lager, complementing a perfectly seared Maine diver scallop, accompanied by candied lardons and a silky corn purée.
🍻 Third Course
The O.G. – Double IPA (8.5%)
The bold, hop-forward flavors of this West Coast-style Double IPA pair beautifully with Porchetini pork mignon, topped with cracklin sugar and served with a rich red wine jus and savory wilted greens.
🍻 Fourth Course
FTE – Imperial Stout (13.5%)
A complex stout brewed with ancho chiles, Armor Coffee, cacao nibs, and vanilla provides a bold, warming finish to the evening. Paired with Carolina gold rice pudding and candied kumquats, this dessert course is the perfect sweet and spicy finale.
